Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

Customer Service Practitioner standard apprenticeship programme has been developed to be delivered around the job role of the learner. The course will run over a 12-15 month period, which will be delivered by qualified tutors in the workplace who have previous experience of working in a customer service environment. The learner will have access to e-portfolio and learning materials to support them through the learning process. They will be required to work with different types of customers to enable them to deliver an excellent customer service that fits their organisation. You will be supported and trained to provide service in line with the organisation’s customer service standards and strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements.
