Business Administrator Level 3

This apprenticeship standard is a flexible programme that reflects the skills and knowledge required of those in an administrator role. The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with customers. The role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. It supports individuals who may work in roles such as administration officers, personal assistants, secretaries, and administration first line managers. Qualified tutors will work at the designated locations agreed with the employer to support them in developing their vocational skills.
